His particular specialism is the integration of electronics within products/services. "Using digital technologies for products that explore a person's needs is great. But we know that. Right? User centred this, that, whatever. Everyone's a user. That's the world we live in... If you think Thatcher should be telling us who to design for... What about the communities we live, play, work, get dirty in? A community is not a 'user', so how do we design products for them? Personally, I have no idea - so I'm going to talk about it...
