Niklas Roy

As an independent artist, the Berliner Niklas Roy constructs devices, machines, installations and situations. In his projects, he uses technology in all its different facets, from elaborate mechanisms to sophisticated electronic circuits.

In his presentation, Niklas will talk about „Lumenoise“, a light pen that he has developed during a residency at La Gaîté Lyrique in Paris. The device turns any old CRT-TV into a playful audiovisual synthesizer.
