<a href="www.siusoon.com" target="_blank">Winnie Soon</a> is a transdisciplinary artist, researcher and digital media practitioner born in Hong Kong. Her projects often explores the intersection of art & technology through a variety of medium & experiments with communication technologies.Her artistic practice ranges from mobile video, interactive media to installation, often examined cultural issues and oriented towards experimental networked media, interests in the interplay between media, culture and communication. In 2010, she received Special Mention Prize award in the 15th IFVA in HK (Interactive Media Category). Besides, her artworks have been selected in festival include Mobile & DMB Festival in Korea(2005), Stuttgarter Filmwinter Festival for expanded media in Germany (2006), International Digital Art Festival in Bulgaria (2009), and also shown internationally include UK, China, Hong Kong & USA. Winnie will present a live interactive performance with performance artist Eva Pang, which employs body movement, daily objects and video projection as a narrative to interact with the audio-visual tools and music
